The co-pilot integration engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration of advanced systems within an organization. This position requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration to drive successful integration projects.

In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions&mdashdomain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

In this role, you will be responsible for being familiar with our products and offerings, understanding customer needs and requirements, creating a compelling story to solve the identified business challenges, running demos, and answering technical questions. You will play a crucial role in addressing technical challenges faced by our customers and proposing effective solutions. Your ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions will be key to your success in this position.

  System integration: Lead the integration of co-pilot systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance

  Technical support: Provide technical assistance during the integration process, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions efficiently

  Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to align integration efforts with business objectives

  Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and system changes for future reference and compliance

  Testing and validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of integrated systems to ensure reliability and adherence to quality standards

  Continuous improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance integration efficiency and effectiveness

  Experience with AI/ML, Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  Education: Bachelor%27s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

  Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in system integration or a similar role

  Technical skills:Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and familiarity with integration tools and platforms

  Cloud services: Azure, AWS and GCP

• 
  

  Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
