Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct statistical studies, including data management and reporting.
  • Provide statistical expertise and guidance to junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Conduct peer reviews of statistical protocols, reports, and other documents to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments in biostatistics, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing input on statistical aspects of projects, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, methodologies, and techniques, with practical application skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical software packages, such as SAS or R, with experience in programming languages like Python or C++.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working in an IT Service & Consulting environment, with knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
