We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in pricing analysis, along with a solid educational background and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query. In this role, your primary responsibilities will involve conducting detailed pricing analysis, extracting valuable insights from pricing data, and offering strategic recommendations to enhance our pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Pricing Analysis: - Conduct thorough analysis of pricing data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities. - Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic decision-making. - Monitor competitor pricing strategies and market trends to guide pricing adjustments. - Provide recommendations for pricing adjustments based on analysis of cost structures, market dynamics, and customer behavior. Reporting and Visualization: - Maintain and build pricing metrics, and develop models and dashboards for data organization and visualization. - Manage list prices in various platforms such as Excel, SQL, Incorta, Salesforce, Oracle, and Anaplan. - Utilize tools like Excel, Power BI, and Power Query to create visually appealing reports and dashboards. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection and analysis. Ad-hoc Projects and Automation: - Participate in diverse analysis projects and automate data analysis using tools like Python, R, or Power Query. Data Analysis and Modelling: - Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Python, Pandas, and NumPy for complex data analysis and modeling. - Develop predictive pricing models to forecast demand, evaluate pricing scenarios, and support strategic decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to present data and align key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. - 2-5 years of experience in pricing analysis with focus on B2B, services, and B2C pricing. - Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Python, Pandas, and NumPy. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent executive presentation skills for conveying complex concepts through storytelling in PowerPoint. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Strong business acumen and understanding of pricing strategies in the B2B context.
