Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer / Solution Architect located in Pune. The role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, designing solutions that meet their needs, creating and delivering compelling demonstrations, and assisting in proposal development. The role also involves working with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in solution architecture, system design, and software development
• Experience with CRM systems and integrations, especially Salesforce and Zoho
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer relation skills
• Ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions
• Problem-solving skills and experience in handling complex technical scenarios
• Relevant experience in pre-sales engineering or solution architect roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Advanced degree or certifications in relevant fields would be beneficial
• Experience in the messaging or telecommunications industry is a plus
