About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing professional to join our team as a Senior Portfolio Management Actuary - reporting directly to the Head of Portfolio Management. This senior role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape our portfolio management strategy and ensure its successful execution. You'll provide strategic direction, mentor team members, and engage with senior stakeholders across functions to embed and advance this critical initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and innovate the portfolio and cycle management framework

Design and implement sophisticated processes for portfolio management decision-making and performance management

Spearhead change management initiatives across product, market unit and other functions to embed processes into organizational strategy

Direct and enhance the Smart Circle process on a quarter-to-quarter basis to drive strategic actions across CorSo portfolios

Lead comprehensive assessments of portfolio maturity around process, people, and capability in portfolio management

Partner strategically with the Head of Portfolio Management and APM leadership team to drive transformational change

Deliver expert insights and thought leadership to support the successful execution of the portfolio management strategy

About the Team

The Portfolio Management team is part of the Global Actuarial Portfolio Management team, reporting to the Chief Underwriting Officer - CorSo. Our purpose is to actively support the Smart Circle and Portfolio Management initiatives by providing portfolio insights and proactively steering management actions to deliver sustainable profit. We work collaboratively across the organization to ensure our portfolio strategies create long-term value and competitive advantage.
