Senior Platform Developer

You are a skilled and experienced Platform Developer who will be responsible for designing and constructing JCIs Salesforce.com instances. Your primary task will involve translating complex product requirements into elegantly coded, usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce.com platform and associated add-ons. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with both onshore and offshore teammates and engaging with the leadership team utilizing iterative and cutting-edge development methods. Your responsibilities will include designing and building robust, elastic, and maintainable Salesforce.com modules and solutions. You will be part of an offshore and onshore team, requiring you to be a self-starter with a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce.com administration, configuration, coding, integration strategies, data manipulation, roles, and profiles. Additionally, you will participate in an offshore development team and collaborate with various stakeholders such as the UI/UX Lead, Product Owner, Solutions Delivery Lead, and Solutions Architect to plan and coordinate efforts. Evaluating user requirements, creating design documents, providing best practices on Salesforce.com configuration and development, and peer reviewing source code delivered by developers will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field. You must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in administering, configuring, and building Salesforce.com solutions. Strong experience working with teams in an onshore and offshore model, familiarity with APEX, Salesforce.com Objects, Integration, data manipulations, security, design, construction, and deployment on the Salesforce.com platform is essential. Knowledge of Database Design, Database Objects and Procedures, design patterns, coding best practices, developing SaaS applications, troubleshooting performance issues, cloud platforms, Agile/Scrum development practices, using Jira and Confluence, excellent communication, and teamwork skills are also required. Experience with single sign-on, session management, user profiles, user identity, and authentication frameworks is a strong plus.,
