You are a skilled and experienced Platform Developer who will be responsible for designing and constructing JCIs Salesforce.com instances. Your primary task will involve translating complex product requirements into elegantly coded, usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce.com platform and associated add-ons. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with both onshore and offshore teammates and engaging with the leadership team utilizing iterative and cutting-edge development methods. Your responsibilities will include designing and building robust, elastic, and maintainable Salesforce.com modules and solutions. You will be part of an offshore and onshore team, requiring you to be a self-starter with a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce.com administration, configuration, coding, integration strategies, data manipulation, roles, and profiles.
