Senior planning Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely execution of project milestones.

• Lead and manage the planning aspects of villa construction including civil, MEP, and finishing works.

• Review project progress, highlight critical issues, and initiate corrective actions.

• Develop detailed weekly/monthly plans and align them with overall master schedule.

• Generate MIS reports, progress reports, delay analysis, and recovery schedules.

• Ensure alignment with PMC protocols, quality standards, and safety compliance.

• Work closely with the client, project managers, and contractors to achieve project goals.

• Handle contract management, scope verification, and billing certification support.

• Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to approved plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
