Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between CADD Centre and recruiting companies during campus placement drives and industry recruitment events.
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate interviews between students/trainees and HR representatives of client organizations.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with engineering and diploma colleges to enhance placement pipelines, internship opportunities, and industry-academia collaborations.
• Conduct regular college visits to present CADD Centre's training programs, assess student needs, and promote placement activities.
• Collect, analyze, and share constructive feedback with students, companies, and college coordinators post-interviews or placement drives.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure timely follow-ups for all placement-related activities.
• Mentor students to improve their industry readiness, aligning their skills with current hiring expectations.
• Strengthen ties with industry partners and college placement cells for collaborative career initiatives.
• Stay updated on hiring trends in engineering design, CAD/CAM/CAE, BIM, and technical domains, matching them with student skill sets.
• Plan and execute campus placement drives, industry interactions, job fairs, college seminars, and recruitment events.
• Address daily student queries regarding placement eligibility, interview processes, and career guidance.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with HR contacts, college placement officers, and students through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Collaborate with internal training teams to keep students informed about job opportunities and skill enhancement requirements.
