Senior Piping Designer

As a Senior Piping Designer at Lutech Resources, your primary responsibility is to complete various Piping Design assignments with a limited degree of supervision. You will serve as a valuable resource for colleagues with less experience in Piping Design, developing proficiency in analytical processes and procedures to effectively carry out assigned tasks. Your innovative solutions to problems in unique situations based on existing precedents or procedures will directly impact the quality of the team's work. Key Responsibilities: - Develop clash-free 3D Models in coordination with all other disciplines" requirements - Execute Design and engineering processes within specified timelines, adhering to safety, maintenance, and quality standards - Lead design teams to ensure tasks are completed within planned schedules and budgets - Act as the project-based discipline point of contact in communications with various counterparts - Identify changes in scope and raise change notifications promptly - Ensure work is carried out in compliance with McDermott requirements, client, and statutory design codes and standards, with a focus on health and safety policies Qualifications: - High School graduate with a diploma in Mechanical Design or related discipline or equivalent experience - Minimum 10 years of experience with a major contractor or consultant, including 4+ years in oil and gas performing Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Design - Detailed knowledge of 3D CAD systems including E3D or SP3D - Familiarity with AutoCAD and local regulatory environments, international, and national industry standards - General understanding of process equipment maintenance and operation - Auto lisp Programming, 3D Model creation, Menu, and/or Macro compilation skills are advantageous - Flexible for business travel In this role, you will report to the Project Lead Piping Engineer or Lead Piping Designer and liaise with various stakeholders within the organization. Additionally, you will supervise Piping Designers and Associate Piping Designers to ensure the successful completion of projects.,
