About the Role:

We’re hiring a Senior PHP Developer to lead and manage backend development projects. You’ll be responsible for building robust, scalable web applications and platforms, working closely with frontend developers, designers, and project managers. This role requires hands-on coding, architectural planning, and mentoring junior developers when needed.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP)

Design backend architecture, APIs, and database structures

Write clean, secure, and well-documented code

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues

Collaborate with frontend developers and ensure smooth integration

Manage deployment, version control, and server-related tasks

Contribute to project planning, estimations, and team reviews

Requirements:

3–4 years of experience in PHP development

Strong command of Laravel or CodeIgniter

Solid understanding of MySQL or PostgreSQL databases

Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

Knowledge of version control (Git) and deployment tools

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Experience working in agile environments and meeting project deadlines
