Senior Photo Editor

Responsibilities:

• Retouch, color-correct, and enhance high-resolution images for print, web, social media, and advertising.
• Perform advanced photo manipulations, compositing, and background replacements.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
• Organize and manage image libraries, archives, and file naming standards.
• Maintain high standards of image quality and ensure final deliverables meet project specifications.
• Review and provide feedback to junior editors or freelancers as needed.
• Stay current with photo editing trends, tools, and techniques.

Software Expertise Required:

• Adobe Photoshop – expert-level editing, retouching, compositing.
• Adobe Lightroom Classic / Lightroom CC – for batch editing, color correction, and cataloging.
• Capture One Pro – (preferred) for RAW processing and studio workflows.
• Adobe Bridge – for image organization and metadata management.
• Topaz Labs / Nik Collection / ON1 Effects – (optional) for AI-based enhancements and special effects.
• Familiarity with Wacom tablets or similar hardware for precision retouching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
