Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Phlebotomist located in Gurgaon. The Senior Phlebotomist will be responsible for daily tasks, including collecting blood samples, ensuring proper labeling and handling of specimens, using medical assisting and laboratory skills to support patient care, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves understanding and using medical terminology appropriately and providing excellent patient care.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Blood Collection techniques
Strong Laboratory Skills and experience with specimen handling
Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medicine
Experience in Medical Assisting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
A diploma or certification in phlebotomy or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
