Senior Perfume Sales Specialist

As a Perfume Sales Specialist at our company in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building client relationships, and representing premium fragrance brands with expertise and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving sales growth and profitability for premium perfume brands in a retail or distribution environment. - Conducting personalized fragrance consultations and educating customers on fragrance notes, families, and product benefits. - Building, managing, and expanding a client portfolio while providing exceptional after-sales service. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and recommending sales strategies and new product opportunities. - Leading and mentoring junior sales staff, sharing industry knowledge and sales techniques. - Organizing and participating in promotional events, product launches, and exclusive fragrance experiences. - Achieving and surpassing monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining service excellence. - Ensuring optimal visual merchandising and inventory management for the fragrance section. Candidate Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of sales experience exclusively in the perfume/fragrance industry. - In-depth knowledge of fragrance families, leading brands, and market trends. - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Strong business acumen, proactive approach, and result-oriented personality. - Ability to work from the Mohali office full-time. - Professional presentation and a genuine passion for the world of perfumes.
