Role Summary

Performance Test Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot

  NeoLoad test scripts

  for performance testing across web and service-based applications.
• Prepare, review, and update

  Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) documents

  .
• Execute load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability tests using NeoLoad.
  
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed recommendations for performance improvements.
  
• Create and present

  Performance Test Summary Reports

  to stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and business teams to ensure optimal application performance.
  
• Provide

  daily updates

  on testing activities, risks, and progress to leads and managers.
• Participate in application design discussions to provide input on performance best practices.
  
• Perform regression, system, and end-to-end testing as part of quality validation cycles.
  
• Ensure alignment with

  Agile/Scrum practices

  , contributing to sprint ceremonies and DevOps pipelines for continuous performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  

Must Have Qualifications

• 6 - 9 years

  of relevant experience in

  Performance Testing

  .

• Strong hands-on experience in NeoLoad

  (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of

  performance testing concepts, metrics, and methodologies

  .
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as

  Java, Python, JavaScript, C, or C++

  .
• Practical knowledge of

  APM tools

  (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).
• Hands-on experience in

  end-to-end performance testing activities

  (planning, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting).
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Experience in performance testing web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional Scrum teams.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in

  Dynatrace

  or other APM tools for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Exposure to

  cloud-based performance testing

  environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Prior experience in

  US Healthcare

  domain applications.
• Working knowledge of

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Knowledge of

  service virtualization

  and test data management for performance testing.
