Role Overview

MyOperator (powering 40k+ brands like Lenskart & Caratlane) is looking for a data-driven marketer to own our paid growth engine. You will independently manage a ?15 Lakh+ monthly budget across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to drive qualified B2B leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale Campaigns:

  End-to-end execution of ads on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

• WhatsApp Marketing:

  Drive engagement using

  WhatsApp Business API

  & automation tools.

• Optimize ROI:

  Rigorously test creatives and landing pages to lower CAC and increase LTV.

• Analytics:

  precise tracking and reporting using

  Zoho CRM

  , GA4, and Excel.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

• B2B SaaS DNA:

  46 years of pure performance marketing experience in SaaS.

• Tool Proficiency:

  Must be hands-on with

  Zoho CRM

  and

  WhatsApp Automation

  .

• Data Mindset:

  You live in Excel sheets and know your way around full-funnel metrics.
