Senior Pega CSSA Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end application configuration and development tasks as directed by the Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Participate in design discussions, contribute to integration strategies, and support estimation activities.
• Ensure alignment with

  Pega best practices

  , including guardrails and coding standards.
• Mentor and support junior developers, offering technical guidance and conducting peer reviews.
• Work closely with business and technical teams in an

  Agile/Scrum

  environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skills Required:

• Active CSSA Certification

  (Certified Senior System Architect) is a must.
• Proven expertise in the

  Pega platform (PRPC)

  , including Workflows, UI, Activities, Utility and Decision rules.
• Strong understanding of

  Pega implementation methodology

  and the

  Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

  .
• Proficiency in

  Agile development methodologies

  and sprint-based delivery models.
• Experience with debugging tools such as

  Clipboard, Tracer

  , and

  Data Transforms

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills are a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
