Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working in a senior-level Individual Contributor role to support the Americas region, particularly the USA. It is essential for you to align with the USA time zone schedule for daily work activities. In addition to tax compliance matters, your responsibilities will include providing direct support for employee-related activities on mobility tax matters, processing relocation-related data with high quality, collaborating with the Stock team for equity wage and tax reporting compliance, and coordinating with the Retirement Benefits team to ensure accurate and compliant administration of HP retirement programs such as 401(k) and Deferred Compensation plans. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the accurate and timely administration of equity, mobility, and retirement programs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CPP certification is a plus). - Strong knowledge of stock/equity compensation plans in a globally mobile environment. - Experience with year-end reporting, compensation collection, and tax clearance reporting. - Experience with mobility tax including double taxation, foreign tax credit, income tax treaties, certificates of coverage, social tax agreements, and tax equalization agreements. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and accuracy. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.,
