As a member of the People Team at Rubrik, you will play a crucial role in unlocking the full potential of the Rubrikans behind our mission to secure the world's data. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for assigned organizations, leveraging your compensation expertise to address various compensation-related issues. You will be the primary local compensation contact for India managers and the People Team, directing queries to other team members as needed. In this role, you will contribute to the development of a compensation education strategy and roadmap, including creating training materials and intranet content for managers and stakeholder groups in India. You will also be involved in creating or approving new hire offers, job change adjustments, and retention-related interventions. Your role will also involve communicating changes and updates to compensation processes, policies, and structures to assigned organizations, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners. Regular analyses will be conducted to assess the overall compensation health of organizations, locations, and job families, with recommendations for corrective actions provided as needed. Additionally, you will lead the development of analysis and presentation templates for compensation reviews, market studies, and retention actions. You will leverage AI tools and other technologies to streamline analytical processes and offer recommendations. As part of your consulting and partnership responsibilities, you will provide services to People Business partners and business leaders, guiding decision-making processes and outcomes with detailed analysis, innovative recommendations, and expert knowledge. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to develop compensation strategies for delivering market-competitive offers to candidates. You will also support various analyses and projects aimed at enhancing compensation and total rewards practices and programs. Your role will involve participating in the annual Compensation Program/Performance cycle, providing mentorship to the compensation team in India, and designing and delivering training in partnership with other groups. To be successful in this role, you should have a BA/BS (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, HR, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of broad-based compensation experience. Experience in market analysis, internal equity reviews, equity compensation, and general compensation consulting is essential. Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills are required, with AI experience preferred. You should be highly proficient in using Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and modeling, as well as possess strong presentation and storytelling skills. Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Equity Administrator Responsibilities Support day-to-day administration of the companys equity programs, including processing new equity awards, exercises, cancellations and repurchases. Maintain data in BOL Merrill Lynch database to ensure accuracy of participant information. Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity programs and education while providing excellent service to plan participants at all levels. Collaborate with People Operations, Legal and Payroll teams on equity related items as needed. Prepare reports for internal partners and respond to ad hoc data requests. Assist with development and delivery of employee trainings and communications. Requirements 2-4 years of relevant equity administration experience Experience with both Option and RSU/RSA programs. Familiarity with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation. Familiarity with International tax law relating to equity programs.
