Senior Pattern Cutter

The Senior Pattern Cutter position is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad. As a Senior Pattern Cutter, you will be responsible for creating and modifying patterns according to design specifications to ensure accuracy and fit. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with designers, cutting fabric samples, maintaining pattern records, and overseeing junior pattern cutters. Additionally, you will be required to conduct quality control checks, troubleshoot pattern issues, and adhere to production timelines. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Pattern Making, Pattern Grading, and Alterations. Experience in Fabric Cutting and Textile Knowledge will be beneficial. Strong attention to detail, quality control skills, excellent communication, and team collaboration abilities are essential. You should also demonstrate the capability to manage and lead junior team members effectively. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience in pattern cutting, preferably in the fashion industry. A Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field is required to qualify for this position.,
