Senior Parts Pricing Engineer I

As a Parts Pricing Engineer at Emerson, your role will involve developing part pricing based on detailed analysis of parts construction and engineering attributes. You will review engineering drawings, determine prices of new and legacy parts, and update attributes in the engineering management system. Your responsibilities will include: - Using data analysis, intelligent automation, and business intelligence tools to identify and review parts in the engineering system for correct attributes and specifications required for optimized pricing. - Determining prices of new and legacy parts based on analysis and review of engineering and cost data. - Assisting in the identification of duplicate parts for rationalization using data analysis and automation tools. - Identifying errors or deviations in parts information in the engineering management system and correcting them. - Testing pricing software for accuracy and consistency during development and implementation phases. To excel in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in mechanical, production, or industrial engineering. - Two to four years of experience is preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
