Senior Overseas Education Counselor

New Edge is currently seeking Overseas Education Counselors for our new branch in Bengaluru. As a Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include advising potential students on education opportunities in countries such as Australia, USA, UK, New Zealand, Canada, and Europe. You will guide students through university application procedures, assist with visa applications, help students apply for scholarships, and support them in finding accommodation abroad. It will be your responsibility to prepare students for their studies overseas and offer timely assistance throughout the entire admission process. You will also be tasked with maintaining and managing the application database, ensuring it is always up to date. Providing essential administrative support to all departments and strictly following guidelines will be crucial in your role. Additionally, you may be required to undertake project work as assigned by the office manager, senior heads, or the director of Indian operations. Participation in university training and workshops will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to verify all necessary documents for admissions and visas while strictly adhering to application procedures and guidelines. Confidentiality is paramount in this role, and you must comply with Data Protection principles to safeguard student information from external sources. The successful candidate should hold a qualification of Any Graduate and possess 2-6 years of experience in a related field.
