- Responsible for online content, tracking and analysis of reputation factors
- Oversee and optimize social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maintaining quality standards across channels.
-Efficiently assign cases and analyze reports to facilitate prompt issue resolution ,enhancing customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Conduct comprehensive social listening to identify trends, sentiment, and opportunities for engagement and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
- Provided regular performance reports and dashboards to stakeholders and clients, clearly communicating results, areas for improvement, and the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
- Assist in creating new SOPs for escalations Responsible for the SLAs specified for service escalation.
