Key Responsibilities

8+ years of experience in implementation/support projects for Oracle projects (Costing/Billing). Experience with EBS, Fusion, SAP PS, Monday.com, Zoho Projects, Ecosys is acceptable.
Should have handled the entire configuration and functional designs for complex RICEF components.
Strong understanding of project processes across various domains, with hands-on implementation experience.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders for project solutions and ensure clear communication and delivery of requirements.
Basic qualifications in CA/MBA preferred, though strong candidates with other relevant qualifications will be considered.
Ability to write test scripts that map to client-provided requirements.
Willingness to work within the product development team for the domain and contribute to product feature enhancements, including development and testing.
Good understanding of various processes around procurement, payables, receivables, which would be an added advantage.
Experience handling product enhancements using AI, including the ability to suggest, analyze, and implement AI-driven improvements in the product.
Familiarity with competitor products with an ability to perform competitive analysis and recommend features or improvements for clients' products to stay competitive.
It is preferred that the candidate is based in Pune and is expected to work from Baner, Pune.
