Job Responsibilities: Provide post-sales technical support and solutions to Oracle customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Install, configure, and administer Oracle Database/RAC 11g, 12c, and 19c. Perform database upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Diagnose and resolve moderately complex technical issues related to Oracle products. Interface with customers’ IT teams regularly, either on-site or remotely. Manage escalations, develop action plans, and facilitate issue resolution with Development and Support teams. Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service recommendations and support. Utilize Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for database monitoring and management. Work independently with minimal supervision while advising management on progress. May take on project lead responsibilities and provide guidance to team members. Mandatory Skills: Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator/Consultant/Support Engineer. Availability to work in a 24x7 support environment. Expertise in Oracle Database Architecture, RAC, and Performance Tuning. Strong troubleshooting skills for database performance and SQL tuning. Experience in database upgrades, patching, and maintenance. Good understanding of support processes and ability to manage escalations. Strong analytical skills with independent problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and customer management skills. BE/BTech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
