Senior Optometrist

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Optometrist to join our clinic and provide comprehensive vision care for patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and managing a range of eye conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and delivering patient-centered care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess vision and detect eye diseases or abnormalities Diagnose vision problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications as needed Provide pre- and post-operative care for refractive surgery patients Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and proper use of corrective lenses Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans Refer patients to ophthalmologists or other specialists when advanced care is required Stay updated with advancements in optometry and eye care technology Qualifications Valid state license to practice optometry Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with modern eye care techniques and equipment Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,359.24 - ₹30,374.66 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 10/06/2025
