1. To perform for daily primary and secondary packing activity as per cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
2. To supervise for operation and cleaning of all Capsule and Tablet blister packing machine and to do online entries in logbooks and checklist of all equipment cleaning and operation.
3. To ensure lock and key controls to printed packaging materials etc.
4. To Responsible for the maintenance of all the tools, machines in the Packaging area.
5. To Monitoring of cleanliness in Packing Section as per the cleaning schedules
6. . Completion of BPR (Batch Packing Record) online and submission to QA after duly filled and singed by department head
7. Responsible to perform manufacturing activities like inspection activities as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and approved BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record).
