As a Senior Office Administrator at our clinic located in Noida Sector-58, your role will be crucial in managing and streamlining day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Your proactive and organized approach will ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic, providing excellent support to both staff and patients. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily clinic operations to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. - Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and inventory control. - Assist in coordinating appointments, handling patient inquiries, and overseeing front-desk operations. - Utilize a bike for local errands, including document, supply, or equipment delivery and pick-up. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 3 years of experience in office administration or operations. - HR skills are a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment. - Ability to work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and willingness to travel locally. - Knowledge or experience in Advance Excel and V-Lookup is essential.
