Roles & Responsibilities
> Provide first-line support to internal users.> Resolve production impediments promptly to ensure minimal disruption to business operations andservice continuity.> Implement temporary workarounds to clear the impedance promptly, and collaborate on permanentfixes with development.> Work closely with infrastructure and network teams for cross-functional issue resolution.> Identify and classify issues as hardware, software, or network-related, and escalate issues toappropriate teams as needed and follow up until resolution.> Monitor application and system alerts proactively> Investigate anomalies or performance issues and take preventive or corrective actions.> Analyze the root cause of the issue, document the findings, and drive them toward resolution.> Provide timely updates to stakeholders during and after incidents.> Maintain detailed incident log, along with resolution (as part of continuous improvement)> Update and maintain documentation for known issues, standard operating procedures (SOPs) forservice requests (such as request for data export etc.,)> Support deployments, patching, and post-release validations.> Ensure readiness before releases and monitor for stability afterward.
