Senior Odoo Developer

As a Senior Odoo Developer at Grow Your Staff, a leading ERP solutions provider, you will have the opportunity to work full-time in Ahmedabad, India, or relocate to the same location. The role offers excellent growth prospects, and you will collaborate directly with the UK-based team. With 5-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of Odoo custom modules, designing scalable architecture for complex Odoo implementations, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine technical requirements. Your expertise in optimizing PostgreSQL queries and database structures will be crucial, along with mentoring junior developers and participating in code reviews. Additionally, you will manage cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of deployed systems. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (v13 and above) and proficiency in Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, and Linux. Experience in API integrations, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP is essential, along with a solid grasp of business workflows and ERP principles. Your strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills will be key assets in this position. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess proven experience in large-scale Odoo implementations.
