SENIOR NURSING SUPERVISOR

NIMS Hospital is seeking an experienced Senior Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The role includes supervising daily operations, implementing health and safety protocols, and maintaining staff efficiency and training.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing team operations to ensure high standards of patient care .

• Monitor compliance with hospital protocols and safety guidelines

• Assist in staff development and conduct training programs

• Coordinate patient care services and manage nursing schedules

• Handle emergency cases and guide nurses during critical situations

• Identify workplace hazards and propose solutions

• Ensure proper documentation of patient care, incidents, and treatments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• Valid nursing license and post-qualification experience

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills

• Strong knowledge of hospital protocols and healthcare regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
