Senior NPD Engineer

As an individual working at Linxens, you will be part of a company dedicated to innovation and reinvention in the security and identity markets. Your role will involve utilizing your deep understanding of RFiD technology to guide product development and ensure technical conversion of product requirements. You will collaborate with various teams to meet industry standards and customer specifications, as well as drive the introduction of new products and solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize deep understanding of RFiD (Inlays/Procoil) technology to guide product development - Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to ensure technical conversion of product requirements - Ensure RFiD integration meets industry standards and customer specifications - Grow expertise and build understanding of the local ecosystem to enable new product introduction - Drive the introduction of new products to customers - Ensure project cost, time target, and product quality align with specified requirements and are documented - Provide support to solve technical problems of customers by understanding their requirements - Document and offer expert consultation to team members and customers on best practices, processes, technologies, and industry trends - Develop technical documents and proposals such as BOMs, quotes, RFPs, as mentioned or assigned - Present product and solution proposals to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience as NPI/Process Engineer in the micro connector/Smart Card industry (RFID/Inlays/Procoil/CoM) - Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of CNC programming - Strong experience in RFiD, Micro connector, product development, and prototyping - Expertise in project management and good understanding of QMS - Strong analytical and communication skills - Experience working in an international environment - Fluent in English If you are someone who enjoys having an impact on wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you will find a fulfilling career at Linxens.,
