Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and related

frameworks.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
Work closely with frontend and game development teams to integrate APIs and

services.

Optimize server performance, data flow, and application responsiveness.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with a strong analytical mindset.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical

solutions.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4–5 years of professional experience in backend development using Node.js.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — a must-have for this role.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with Express.js, Nest.js, or similar frameworks.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and server-side logic.
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills.
