Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning models tailored to specific industry use cases, such as medical transcription, smart scheduling, occupancy prediction, dynamic pricing, and real-time conversational interfaces. Build and optimise natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI modules to power chatbots, AI scribes, and conversational agents. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including software developers, data engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers — to integrate AI modules seamlessly into web, mobile, and wearable applications. Research and evaluate the latest AI frameworks and tools to ensure Software Co remains at the forefront of AI innovation. Participate in solution architecture design and contribute to technical roadmaps, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of AI-driven features. Document AI workflows, data pipelines, model training processes, and provide technical guidance to junior team members as required. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Proven industry experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Hands-on experience with NLP libraries and LLM fine-tuning (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain). Strong grasp of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, and evaluation. Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end machine learning pipelines and deploy models into production environments. Familiarity with cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
