Senior NOC - Critical Incident Management

Role Overview: As a System Administrator at the company, your primary responsibility will be to maintain system performance and availability. This will involve monitoring systems, performing regular updates, patches, backups, and code deployments. In addition, you will troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, providing technical support to various teams and stakeholders. Automation and optimization of system processes will be crucial aspects of your role, aimed at improving efficiency and reducing manual efforts. Ensuring system security and compliance with policies and regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. Documentation of systems, processes, and procedures will be essential to maintain comprehensive records. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor system performance and availability - Perform regular updates, patches, backups, and code deployments - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly - Provide technical support to various teams and stakeholders - Automate and optimize system processes - Ensure system security and compliance with policies and regulations - Document systems, processes, and procedures Qualifications Required: - 1-6 years of Cloud Experience and expertise in Critical Incident Management - Proficiency in sending Critical Communications to internal stakeholders - Familiarity with Messaging Systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and RHL Administration - Strong Linux administration skills for effective troubleshooting of technical issues - Excellent analytical capabilities to delve into problems and offer solutions - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, working in 3 different shifts on a monthly rotational basis - Skilled in Understanding/Writing PL/SQL objects like stored procedures and triggers - Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, Oracle Cloud) with a Cloud technology certification considered a plus - Knowledge of Manhattan's Supply Chain solutions, particularly Warehouse Management and Integration Framework, will be advantageous - Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements - Proactive approach towards continuous learning and self-improvement (Note: The additional details about the company's Diversity and Inclusion initiatives have been omitted as they were not specifically related to the job role.),
