Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead research activities and collaborate with extended R&D team to build LLM-powered usecases.
Conduct rigorous performance evaluation of the responses from LLM-powered applications.
Utilize prompt/instruction tuning techniques to improve the performance of LLMs.
Utilize one-shot/few-shot learning techniques to enhance the capabilities of LLMs.
Conduct LLM literature analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

Minimum Master's degree in data science, computer science or related field.
3-4 years of experience in large language models (LLM) and classic NLP techniques.
At least 1 year of experience in prompt engineering.
Hands-on experience with text data wrangling.
In-depth knowledge of LLMs and their limitations.
Experience/familiarity with LangChain and similar tools.
OOP and Python coding proficiency.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
