Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of both customer-facing and internal systems. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance to team members with system and network requests. Key Responsibilities: - Excellent communication skills: You should be able to effectively communicate with customers, handle objections, and communicate issues to Indian/Global clients and partners. - Good command over routers, switches, servers, and firewalls. - Willingness to work on different platforms like Mikrotik, OpenWrt, Sophos, Fortigate, Juniper, etc. - Strong understanding of communication and knowledge of routing, switching, and protocols such as TCP/IP, subnetting, VLAN, trunk, DHCP, NAT/PAT, VPN, Proxy, etc. - Expertise in network diagnostic tools and commands to monitor network performance and bottlenecks. - Hands-on experience with WLC and good command over Wireless Protocols 802.11, 802.11k, and 802.11r. - Ready for traveling and available 24/7 for support. - Experience in scripting with Bash/Python. - Experience in Mikrotik scripting. - Experience in Service Provider/Enterprise Networks. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills. - Proficiency in routers, switches, servers, and firewalls. - Knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLAN, trunk, DHCP, NAT/PAT, VPN, Proxy, etc. - Experience with network diagnostic tools and commands. - Proficiency in Wireless Protocols 802.11, 802.11k, and 802.11r. - Experience in scripting with Bash/Python. - Experience in Mikrotik scripting. - Experience in Service Provider/Enterprise Networks.
