Senior NetSuite Developer

Design, develop, and implement custom NetSuite solutions, including scripts, workflows, integrations, and customizations.

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial operations by leveraging system capabilities.

Troubleshoot and resolve system or integration challenges by working with cross-functional team members, including data quality problems, integration errors, and performance bottlenecks.

Perform system upgrades and maintain NetSuite customizations during upgrades.

Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for all NetSuite configurations, workflows, and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure successful project delivery.

Stay current on the latest NetSuite features and best practices.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Adhere to NetSuite best practices and security standards.

Participate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of system integration and deployment projects, ensuring timely and effective completion.

Requirements

About the Role:

1. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NetSuite Developer to join our growing team.
2. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex NetSuite solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
3. You will play a key role in optimizing our NetSuite platform to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall business performance.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite development, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integrations.

Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP functionality, including Financials, Order Management, and Customer Relationship Management.

Deep knowledge of ERP platforms, workflow automation tool, and integrations; proficiency in data query tool such as SQL is and added advantage.

Experience with NetSuite integrations with other systems, such as eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and payment gateways.

Comprehensive understanding of financial practices and principles, with hands-on experience in reporting and data analysis.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of effectively identifying and resolving system challenges.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and explaining technical details to non-technical audiences.

NetSuite Certified Developer or equivalent certification preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
