Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-7 years of experience in .NET Core development, with a strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies. - Proven experience in a technical leadership role with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers. - In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. - Proficiency in working with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar. - Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
