Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer .NET Core / C# / SQL / Cloud Company: BIGO1 (Hiring on behalf of a Big 4 Consulting Firm) Location: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week) Compensation: 40 50 LPA Type: Full-time Urgency: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role BIGO1 is hiring on behalf of one of the BIG 4 consulting firms to onboard a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer . This is a hands-on technical role for engineers who are passionate about clean, performant code, backend architecture, and delivering at scale. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, solves real-world problems with elegant code, and is confident clearing LeetCode-style coding challenges . Key Responsibilities Must have HANDS-ON day to day experience in design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using .NET Core and C#. Write clean, scalable code and optimize performance for high-throughput applications. Own and manage backend data storage with advanced SQL skills. Implement and manage full CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices. Work closely with cloud infrastructure teams to ensure efficient and secure deployment on Azure . Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product owners. Must-Have Qualifications 7 to 10 years of hands-on backend engineering experience. Strong proficiency in .NET Core , C# , and SQL Server . Deep understanding of object-oriented design , design patterns, and scalable architecture. Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or event-driven architecture. Proven ability to clear DSA-style interviews (LeetCode/Codeforces/TopCoder level). Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, etc.). Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines , version control, build systems, and release automation. Nice-to-Have Skills Working knowledge of Python . Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React .
