Job Description

MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize applications within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365.
Configure entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and business process flows.
Develop custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript to extend CRM functionality.
Integrate CRM with other business systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design and user guides.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to CRM applications.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Ensure best practices in CRM security, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer (2016/365 CE).
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
Knowledge of CRM SDK, plugin development, and custom workflow activities.
Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps pipelines preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Experience with Dynamics CRM upgrades and migrations.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
