Job Description

As an Animation Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that bring scripts and narratives to life. Your main duties will include: - Creating storyboards to visually represent the script and narrative. - Producing 2D sketches, artwork, and illustrations with detailed frame-by-frame visuals. - Designing models, backgrounds, characters, sets, and objects within the animation environment. - Collaborating with clients and internal teams to establish creative direction, design strategy, and technical requirements. - Demonstrating expertise in interactive Animation, Graphic design, and compositing. - Utilizing strong vfx, Motion Graphics, 2D/3D Compositing skills to enhance animations. - Implementing classical animation techniques and software knowledge. - Developing character movements in sync with soundtracks and audio cues. - Providing training, coaching, and support to team members. - Contributing to ideation and conceptual development. - Working closely with Creative Leads, Visual Designers, and 2D/3D compositing Artists and Developers to meet client specifications. - Effectively communicating creative ideas and design rationale to clients both verbally and visually. Qualifications required for this role include: - Fulltime Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Animation. - Solid Animation/Design portfolio showcasing your work. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere. - Familiarity with 3D Max/Maya, Adobe Audition, Nuke, and Fusion is a plus. Additionally, we are looking for independent thinkers who can contribute innovative ideas, possess good presentation and communication skills, and thrive in a team environment.
