Senior ML Engineer

You are a Senior Machine Learning Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Computer Vision solutions in production environments. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading the design and deployment of computer vision models for various applications like object detection, tracking, human activity analysis, and visual quality control. - Building and optimizing image and video data pipelines to ensure robust data flow from sensors, cameras, and other sources. - Architecting real-time vision systems with a focus on latency, accuracy, and scalability for edge and cloud environments. - Mentoring and guiding junior ML engineers to maintain high technical standards and collaborative problem-solving. - Staying updated with cutting-edge computer vision research and integrating new models into existing workflows. - Working directly with clients and internal stakeholders on AI solutioning, PoCs, and consulting projects. Qualifications required for this role: - At least 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning in Computer Vision projects deployed in production, and optimizing models for runtime. - Proficiency in Python and expertise in computer vision applications using libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, etc. - Solid understanding of MLOps workflows, data pipelines, and scalable deployment strategies. - Previous experience in leading ML teams, mentoring engineers, and managing project deliverables. - Comfortable working in an agile, startup-like environment with a focus on problem-solving and ownership. - Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable project plans.
