Senior MERN Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, React, Python, or Node.js. Your role will involve building front-end applications with appealing visual design and managing databases to ensure data integrity and security. Additionally, you will create and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, implement JWT and OAuth for secure authentication and authorization, and set up automated testing frameworks for thorough testing. You will also be in charge of the deployment process, including CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with development teams and product managers to create efficient software solutions. Your responsibilities will extend to leading and mentoring junior developers, providing guidance and support, and overseeing the entire software development lifecycle from conception to deployment. It would be advantageous to have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role. Experience in developing web and mobile applications, working with version control systems like Git, and proficiency in multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React.js, Angular, ASP.NET) and back-end languages (e.g., C#, Python, .NET Core) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django) is beneficial. Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), UI/UX design, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are also desirable. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), understanding of software development principles and best practices, conducting regular code reviews, and efficient collaboration in a team environment are key aspects of this role. You should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, have experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js), understand DevOps practices and tools like Azure CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, and be familiar with data warehousing and ETL processes.
