Senior MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in both Frontend (React.js) and Backend (Node.js). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and product teams for seamless delivery.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.

Technical Skills Required:

• Frontend: React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Database: MongoDB (Mongoose ORM)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture
• Experience with Git/GitHub, deployment on AWS / DigitalOcean / Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer

• Ability to manage projects independently

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per month
