Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage the physical installation of HVAC, electrical,
and plumbing systems on site.
Liaise with project managers, architects, contractors, and other
site workers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with
the overall construction.
Perform regular site inspections to monitor installation progress,
ensure adherence to design specifications, and verify the quality
of work.
Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the
installation process, providing solutions and guidance to site staff.
Ensure that all installations comply with relevant building codes,
safety standards, and energy regulations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress
reports, installation records, and manuals after maintenance work
is completed.
Assist in managing project schedules and budgets related to
MEP installations.
