Knowledge of general design documentation standards, practices, and procedures is preferred. Experience in preparing Electrical services CD sets, single line diagrams, and equipment layouts is necessary. Running 3D design coordination of ASMEP components using Autodesk Revit/Navisworks and similar tools is a key aspect of the role. An understanding of the architectural and engineering design process both in the office and on-site is beneficial, along with the ability to think creatively and innovatively. Good written and spoken English skills are required for effective communication. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or another specialization in engineering disciplines is preferred, along with 8-15 years of experience in the AEC industry. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Revit MEP, Navisworks, HVAC Design tools, Civil 3D, and Energy Analysis Tools is desirable. Ideally, you should have experience in the design and documentation of architectural and engineering projects, both new construction and renovation. Familiarity with the production of MEP CD set drawings and 2D MEP Coordination drawings, as well as creating Revit-based 3D family and 2D Detail Components using CAD and Revit, would be advantageous.,
