Skills Must Have:
Good knowledge about backend development. Understanding of servers, databases, event-driven architecture.
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java or Node.js).
Relational/NoSQL database experience (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Mysql).
Strong fundamentals in computer science and problem solving (data structures, algorithms, etc.).
Understanding of unit testing and integration testing, with experience of writing tests as part of the development process.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Source control systems, CI/CD tools.
Experience in developing enterprise grade secure, transactional, scalable applications Good to Have:
Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, Airflow
Exposure to data warehousing, ETL tools, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Good communication skills.
