Job Responsibilities:

Experience

Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
• Interface with other NMS/EMS subsystem Dev teams and Customer Support team, resolve issues, queries raised by Customer teams.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
• Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring framework, and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Struts, HTML, Spring web technologies.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, Dojo, AngularJS and ReactJS
• Understanding of Network Management interfaces such as Kafka, Netconf/YANG, SNMP, REST, SOAP, CLI, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Shell scripts, Postgres, PGPool, RedHat, CentOS, FTP servers.
• Experience on Network management Systems/OSS (CM, PM, FM) is desirable.
• Experience in CloudPlatform/Docker/Kubernetes/Container platforms desirable.
• Knowledge of System design and architecture of Cloud native applications.

Education and Experience:

• Masters or bachelors degree in engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education.
