- Hands-on experience in upkeep and maintenance of rotating equipment like pumps, compressors, blowers, reactors, gearboxes etc.
- Experience in preparing PM schedules, checklists, maintaining logbooks, and analyzing equipment failure trends
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, LOT sensors , oil analysis, thickness measurement
- Practical exposure to shutdown planning, spare management and coordination with vendors/contractors - Knowledge of CMMS / SAP PM / maintenance digital tools will be considered an added skill
- B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering
- Additional certification in Maintenance Management, Reliability Engineering, TPM, or CMMS is an added advantage
- Knowledge of industrial safety, ISO standards, and statutory compliance preferred
